No surprise to anyone who has perused my listings and looked over the TMGS pages, that I am a big Tricks, Co fan. I think Tricks, Co Ltd items almost always have innovative methods, and interesting effects. Thunderbolt Cards is one of those weird effects with a very cool method. From a normal deck (included), two spectators each take a card, and after showing them and memorizing them, they are shuffled into the pack. The deck is placed in a simple (and therefore innocent-seeming) holder. The magician steps well away from the holder -- I like to take a seat out among the audience -- and BAM! the two selected cards fall from the holder onto the table (sort of like in the pic). No threads, external gimmicks, connections to performer, etc. A cool effect and a very collectable item from the Tricks, Co line-up of the 1990's. Vintage but brand new.
