I have always loved the concept of the "Thinnest deck in the World" where pips and values are printed on a small number of cards to represent an entire deck. In this version, by Mike Boden, you use just four jokers, which have values on the back, and suits printed across the faces. The spectator thinks of any card, and then sorts the cards into those which have the value on them, and those that don't. Then again, using the other side, those that have the suit and those that don't. the interesting element of this routine is that the performer never sees the "sort-side" of the cards as they are sorted. but mental magi instantly knows the value and suit of the card. This version takes a bit more practice to get the card quickly than the other "Thinnest deck" we sell. But it is more impressive using just four cards! Good stuff! Poker size with carrying wallet.
