Six poker sized Bicycle backed cards are shown, each one with a picture and name of drink on it.  The cards are mixed and a spectator takes one and hides it from the magician's eyes.  The other cards are set aside.  But after some by-play, the magician can name the selected drink.   You know which drink is selected almost immediately after it is pulled from the fan, and this one can be done in typical table hopping (low lighting) situations.  It is a simple effect, but the opportunities for fun by play using the different drinks can make it a solid piece of entertainment. 

Note for tea totallers:  there are three alcoholic drinks included in the six, so if you prefer to avoid such references in your magic, pass on this one.
