This is a really nice prop, made from wood.     For those who don't know the effect, a silk is vanished and is supposed to reappear in the box. In the end, the box falls apart on the assisting spectator, but the silk is seen hanging from the top, having magically completed its journey to the box.

This box is made of wood by Sam Dalal's magic factory in India. It is really a great looking prop, and creates a wonderful clatter when it falls apart. The beauty and apparent value of this box serves to heighten the comedy when the thing falls apart.
