'Flash' by Chris Webb is a visual bill change; it's 100% self-contained and easy to do.

You show a blank piece of paper and, in a flash, it changes right in front of your eyes into real money, a lottery ticket or anything else you want to make your gimmick turn into!

That's the opening description from Magic Tao on this item, and it is reasonably accurate.   If you watch a video of the effect on You Tube, you can see that it is fast and very visual.  

You will need to make up the gimmick with your own (real) bill and piece of blank paper, and the DVD explains this well.   There is also a custom printed Lotto ticket that you can use to make a version where the paper becomes a Lotto ticket.    Once made up, you are always ready -- no need to fix, re-make, or reset the gimmick, etc.

Downsides?  The paper and bill cannot be examined before or after.  Webb does offer a handling to switch out the bill and leave it for examination, but it is pretty contrived.   But even without allowing examination, the effect is a very startling quickie that will leave audiences ready to see another miracle.

Also on the DVD is a bonus effect, coin in Tic Tac box, which is very good and worth learning.
